So up for work at 7, yet still wide awake. 4 protein drinks today but the soreness from the gym yesterday is still there. I know they say ‘no pain no gain’ but i’ve usually recovered by now. Hoping the pain has gone tomorrow as i’d like to get on the treadmill.

Love spotting the ‘City sightseeing’ bus around the city on days like this. Norwich is dull and gloomy enough at the best of times, not least when it’s chucking it down!

Have a dream of laying on a beach early in the morning with the sun coming up, with a girl that ‘s so cool and relaxed and let’s me be myself, listening to ‘Mystery Land’ by Y-Traxx and taking in the sunrise. This is an image I get in my head every time I listen to this song, and this is the reason I listen to this song at least once a day. Even if i’m having a below-par day, this song can take me to another world and forget everything.
